Central Tibet

The tourist corridor between Zhangmu on the Nepalese border and Lhasa is relatively well trodden these days, although by no means overcrowded, and offers side trips to the Everest Base Camp.

Lhasa city it is in central Tibet so most of tourists visit Lhasa city even for trek and tour into eastern Tibet or western Tibet because some tourist who to travel western Tibet they also have to use central Tibet route on their itinerary and also who wish to travel eastern Tibet they have to use  central Tibet routes.
